I wouldn't say I have the best specs ever but they should be well enough to run Hero SiegeHero Siege is a Hack 'n' Slash game with roguelike- & RPG elements. My CPU and Memory in task manager stay at the same percent throughout the fps changes, 20% and 60% respectively. Before the 2.1 update, I was getting better fps in non-climate intense areas, like in town and I got worse fps in snowy and foggy maps. The snow is the only thing major that was added since the last update, in town at least. For instance, in the video I recorded and linked in this post, you can see that in the town, I get around 30 fps.

I am by far means a game developer, but from my experience with Hero Siege, most of the performance issues come from all of the 'entities' or 'objects' on screen at once.
